He either declares his intentions and confirms in writing that he’s going to run in 2024, thus every penny he raises will be recorded, or he just shuts the fuck up and crawls back under his rock. Biden only needs now to take Nevada and Arizona, and he is leading in those states at this point. Clark County, the largest county in Nevada, leans heavily Biden and those results are just pouring in now.
